DUBUQUE, Iowa–Dupaco Community Credit Union has been named a 2022 Top Workplace USA. This recognition is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools.
Energage, LLC surveyed 300-plus organizations within Dupaco’s employee size (500-999) throughout different industries within the United States to receive this recognition.

The anonymous survey to employees measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, organization’s leadership and connection to name a few.
