In-person FAQ's
The member meeting is an annual event hosted by Dupaco Community Credit Union. Doors will open to this year’s annual Membership Meeting at 10:00 a.m. CT on Sunday, February 23, 2025. First, you'll hear from your credit union leadership team and board of directors how Dupaco is performing. Then, you'll be able to enjoy music and a luncheon.
Doors open at 11:30 a.m., and the meeting starts at 1:00 p.m.
Dupaco’s annual Membership Meeting will be held at the Grand River Center located at 500 Bell Street in Dubuque, Iowa.
The event is held inside the Exhibit Hall on the main floor of the Grand River Center. Dupaco staff will be on hand to help direct you once you enter the Grand River Center.
Complimentary parking:
- Follow 5th street between Grand River Center and Grand Harbor Resort
- You will go under the Skywalk that connects the two properties
- Turn left and enter the right side (Entrance) of the covered parking garage.
Parking lots:
- There are three parking lots that continue along 6th Street, located on the north side of the Grand River Center.
There is no fee to attend. However, please be sure to register the appropriate number of attendees in your group to help us plan for lunch.

In-person attendees can sign up to win prizes at the Grand River Center on the day of the event.
Voting begins Jan. 9, 2025, at 12:01 a.m. Members can vote online through the Credit Union Executive Society (CUES) or request a paper ballot by calling 866-356-0726. Hint: There will be no voting onsite during the event. Please review the important voting deadlines to make sure your vote counts!

Virtual FAQ's
The annual member meeting is your chance to hear from your credit union leadership team and Board of Directors on how Dupaco is performing. You’ll hear the latest Dupaco news and get up to speed on our recent accomplishments.
The meeting starts at 1:00 p.m. CT on Sunday, February 23, 2025. Virtual attendees can join the live stream beginning at 12:45 p.m.
There is no fee to attend.

Your unique link to join will be sent to the email used to register for the event. You'll also be able to register on the day of the event by visiting www.dupaco.com/membermeeting.
Here are a few tips to help you prepare:
- Make sure your unique link is ready to join the meeting. If you registered for the virtual event, you’ll receive your unique link by email after February 19, 2025 from BigMarker. Hint: BigMarker is the platform we're using to host the virtual event.
- Make sure your audio and video are working. Click here to test your device
Sit tight! We'll send a reminder to the email address used to register for the event an hour before the virtual meeting begins. This email will include your unique link to join the meeting.
A digital version of the Impact Report will be available to download during the virtual meeting.
Members 18 years of age and older are eligible to enter to win prize(s) when registering for the virtual event.
