Access surcharge-free* ATM’s
There are never any surcharges or transaction charges when using your MoneyCard at Dupaco-owned ATMs. You can also use your MoneyCard without paying surcharge fees at any ATM that’s part of the Privileged Status® and CO-OP ATM networks*.
The first eight (8) transactions per month at non-Dupaco-owned ATMs are free, with each subsequent transaction subject to a nominal charge.
* If you are forced to pay a surcharge when using your Dupaco MoneyCard at an ATM not owned by Dupaco, please note that this charge has not been assessed by your credit union.
Get branch services across the country
Dupaco partners with other credit unions to give you access to face-to-face service at thousands of locations across the country. The CO-OP Shared Branch network gives you global reach, and includes more than 5,600 branches in all 50 states. Here’s what services may be offered at a Shared Branch location:
- Make deposits (hold limits may apply, please check with your credit union for details)
- Make cash and check withdrawals (some cash limits may apply, please check with your credit union for details)
- Make loan payments
- Make transfers from and to any account
- Purchase Money Orders and Official Checks
- Obtain cash advances and balance inquiries
Hint: It’s a good idea to contact the Shared Branch ahead of time to make sure they can help with what you need!
Make live transactions remotely
Dupaco’s Live Video Teller machines offer Dupaco member access, Shared Branching transaction services, cash withdrawals, extended service hours and more! The Live Video Teller machines are operated remotely by Dupaco staff based in our operations center.
