The MoneyMatch program has been discontinued. If you’re currently enrolled, don’t worry – you can still complete the program.

If you’re interested in first-time home ownership, we encourage you to check out Dupaco Foundation’s First-Time Homebuyer Grant program as another opportunity to help achieve your goal of homeownership.

MoneyMatch-01
Your path to home ownership starts here

Dupaco’s MoneyMatch Home program is a special savings account and educational program designed for low-to-moderate income individuals and families looking to purchase a home. To help participants achieve financial stability while saving for a home, Dupaco matches savings contributions dollar-for-dollar (up to $4,000).

MoneyMatch Home applicants must meet these guidelines:
  • Have earned income.
  • Have a household income of 300% or less of the applicable Federal Poverty Level at the time of application.
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Be a first-time homebuyer (defined as having had no ownership in a home for three years before entering a sales contract).
The MoneyMatch program is a team effort

The MoneyMatch saver and their assigned Dupaco coach will work together for a minimum of six months to ensure regular deposits are being made and necessary education requirements are complete prior to their MoneyMatch purchase.
